Due to previous years weather conditions, this years opening day will be Saturday April 22 at 8AM. We are hoping the later start will be more weather friendly. We are planning on having a festival like atmosphere and will be doing giveaways. We will have the Boonville Area Chamber of Commerce doing a ribbon cutting ceremony among other activities, we should have bedding plants available along with food products. Hope to see you that day. More to come as we finalize our vendors, local organizations and product availability.
Hello everyone. We have finalized the details on our Holiday Market Craft Fair for this year. It will be held on Saturday December 12th from 9AM until 4PM. The parade is scheduled for 2PM this year so everyone has ample time to shop or look around before and after the parade. We will again have food and drinks available from our kitchen, along with pie by the slice. We will be sending information out in detail for anyone wanting to be a vendor. The location this year will be at the Mercantile Events Center on Main St. Boonville. It is across the street from the old bakery, in between Breadeaux Pizza and Buerky's BBQ. For more information email us at [email protected] or Facebook at BoonvilleMOfarmersmarket See you there!
Our season opening will be this Saturday May 9th. With the current Covid 19 suggested restrictions we as a market have implemented a few guidelines.
1. Social Distancing- please ensure you are maintaining 6 feet distancing from others. 2. Cough/Sneeze- when coughing or sneezing cover your mouth/nose with a flexed elbow. 3. Vendor Sanitizer- each vendor will have hand sanitizer. 4. Mask/Gloves- each vendor will utilize a mask/gloves as necessary. 5. Money Exchange- all money should be placed on vendor table and change will be placed on table to avoid direct contact. 6. Touching Product- we are highly discouraging customers from touching products. 7. Vendors are encouraged to disinfect their booth areas in between sales. 8. We are encouraging vendors to post their products on FB in order to encourage pre sales and customer pick up. Due to the recent pandemic with Covid-19, we have decided to delay the opening of our season to the First Saturday of May, May 9. We will also be putting in place certain measures to ensure we have minimal close contact by separating our stalls, minimizing our close socializing, having hand sanitizer available for anyone wanting to use it. We are also requesting our vendors to use latex or nitrile gloves to minimize exposure. We hope you will visit us at our new opening date as our selections may be greater due to the warmer temps. Thanks for your support and we hope to see you soon. Take care.
